We believe “the results of No Man Left Behind training for the local church will be phenomenal in regards to spiritual leadership, missional activity and strengthened families.” - Ferel Gage, D.O.M
No Man Left Behind
The spiritual reformation of a society starts with a reformation of men. But making disciples of men who are walking with Christ, living like Christ, and working for Christ is hard. There is no such thing as: Five Easy Steps to Men’s Ministry. But, the Great Commission in Matthew 28 is very clear; Christ called the church to make disciples.
When the pancake breakfast is no longer effective, it is time to stop doing men’s ministry the way it has been done for decades and start discipling men to be authentic followers of Jesus Christ. No Man Left Behind is a model from the national men’s ministry Man in the Mirror. It is designed to train a core group of men in the essentials of establishing an effective ministry that will disciple every man in the church. The impact churches across America have seen after 2½ years of intentionally implementing the No Man Left Behind model has been a 48% increase in men attending church on a regular basis and an 84% increase in the number of men involved in discipleship. If your church has been struggling to get traction with men, No Man Left Behind can revolutionize your efforts.
Baptist churches across Texas need to see this kind of dynamic result from their men being discipled to be true followers of Jesus and not mere fans. Most Texas Baptist churches are not getting the results they want when it comes to their men leading powerful, transformed lives because they are not intentional about making disciples. Most churches have a classic approach to men’s ministry. But is it really transforming men’s lives? The results of No Man Left Behind training for the local church will be phenomenal in regards to spiritual leadership, missional activity and strengthened families.
Texas Baptist Men is partnering with Palo Pinto Baptist Association to assist its local churches to produce the kind of disciples that will change our society, our church, and the world.
Men of the county are signing up now to attend the next No Man Left Behind retreat on January 10-11, 2014 at the Associational Retreat Center (ARC), Possum Kingdom Lake.
